1. LIRON® Double Roll Crusher
   The LCS Series Double Roll Crusher is a new-generation crushing device designed for coarse, medium, and fine crushing. It integrates years of R&D and production experience from our team in domestic and international crushing equipment fields, utilizing innovative structures and advanced manufacturing techniques. It is primarily suitable for material crushing in coal mines and non-ferrous metal mines.
2. Design Philosophy

The crusher employs two synchronized meshing toothed rollers, achieving a two-stage screening process: first, large blocks are sheared by tooth engagement, followed by further shearing of medium-sized particles. Each crushing tooth participates in the process, with adjustable tooth profiles, roller shapes, and rotation speeds tailored to specific requirements. A "crushing beam" can be added at the bottom to achieve 3D-sized output design, meeting diverse particle size demands.

Compared to hammer crushers, the LCS Series offers higher crushing capacity within compact spaces, featuring lower overall height and smaller footprint for installation in confined or complex environments. Equipped with mechanical or hydraulic travel mechanisms, the entire machine can be quickly retracted for maintenance. Based on operational needs, the crusher is categorized into two levels: coarse crushing (primary) and fine crushing (secondary).

3. Design Features

• High-Performance Components: The toothed rollers’ crushing teeth are cast from bainitic wear-resistant alloy, combined with advanced casting and heat treatment processes to ensure high strength, toughness, and wear resistance. Their lifespan is three times longer than conventional materials used in domestic crushers.
• Customizable Tooth Configurations: Multiple tooth types are available, including detachable tooth plates, integrated/embedded tooth rings, and collet-style picks, adaptable to varying customer needs and working conditions.
• Double Spiral Dovetail Distribution: Ensures high block rate and crushing efficiency while preventing material clogging and over-crushing.
• Adjustable Roller Center Distance: Features a particle size adjustment mechanism for easy control of output granularity.
• Unique Tensioning Structure: Enables rapid disassembly and maintenance without compromising high-intensity crushing performance.
• Heavy-Duty Integrated Housing: Solves issues like inaccurate bearing positioning and axial displacement common in split-type housings.
• Intelligent Systems: Equipped with stall protection, smart control systems, and smart lubrication systems. Optional equipment health monitoring systems are available for predictive maintenance.
