Bimetallic composite wear--resistant plate is formed by combining chromium carbide, niobium carbide, tungsten carbide andother alloys on a suitable steel substrate by electric arc welding.
The material of surfacing layer is uniform and the appearance is regular. The surface hardness can be adjusted by the composition of the welding wire, and it can be applied to the environment with severe wear.
It also has dual properties of high hardness material and toughness material, which has irreplaceable comprehensive excellent performance.
Wear-Resistance Plate Application
1、D60 Application: coal mill separator, nozzle ring, falling coal pipe, grinding roller sleeve etc.
2、D80 Application:
wear resistant grab, crushing lining plate, hopper lining plate, wear resistant pipe etc.
3、CTC6000 Application:
Cloth chute, single tooth roller blade, slag chute etc.
4、MAX Application:
Fan blades, impellers, Ultra thin wear-resistant plate etc.
MAX improves asset life by 1.8-2.5 times compared to standard CCO plates of the same thickness
